Transportation

Bill Payment
This bill payment feature works on the ePAY app/website and allows the account holder to quickly pay bills on the go. All you need to do is enter your biller account number and the amount and consider it paid.
Phone Credit
ePAY account holders love this feature. Credit is added instantly to any phone by simply entering the amount and phone number. You can never be out of credit if you have an ePAY account.
Online Ordering - Meals
This is the flagship ePAY product. Over 25,000 employees consistently use this system to order meals online for delivery to their offices. Now that people are back at work, they can use our new supper feature to order meals online – meals are delivered to their offices so they can take home for supper.
Teacher Online Ordering - Meals
This system was developed in response to demand from prep schools. Teachers now have a sleek system to order meals online for kindergarten students. The system manages the parents’ account assigned to their child(ren) and parents can view all transactions online.
School Fee Payments
Each term more parents gravitate to this service simply for convenience. Parents logon to our www.studentcardja.com website, select their school and child. The school fee amount is presented for payment, and they can use any bank card to pay the fees.
Department of Correctional Services
ePAY is creating unprecedented financial inclusion models everywhere – even in our correctional facilities. Inmates are outfitted with our ePAY payment cards or wrist bands. Families and donors will load the inmate’s account at Paymaster and the inmates make payments at the commissaries at the correctional facilities.
Cashless Airport Transactions
We are everywhere. Airlines no longer accept cash at the Jamaican airports to pay for tickets and baggage services. If passengers do not have a card, ePAY will issue them a card immediately, load the card with cash and the passenger will use that card to complete the transaction with the airline.
POS Solutions
ePAY builds software to support our payment solutions. Our POS cash register is used in schools and canteens and accepts ePAY cards, wristbands or QR codes to initiate transactions.
Merchant Acquiring
Financial inclusion will only flourish when all merchants are enabled to accept digital transactions. ePAY merchant acquiring capabilities are now strengthened with our new jazzy super secure android terminal. The software that powers these terminals can be downloaded to any cell phone and immediately enables merchants to accept ePAY payments.
Loyalty/Rewards Programs
We want every merchant to become a customer of ePAY. We provide them with a dynamic and spontaneous digital tool to design their own discount/reward program whenever and however they want.
Meal Management Subsidies
We replaced paper vouchers with a dynamic system for companies to allocate meals subsidies/allowances to employees. Companies load employees’ accounts with allowances to purchase meals at the on-premises canteen or at designated restaurants. Reports on consumption are generated and available to employees and the company.
Transportation Subsidies
Transportation allowance/subsidies are also loaded to employees’ accounts and the subsidy/allowance can only be used to purchase rides on JUTC buses or public transport. This new service is the perfect solution to ensure that employees will also have funds to ride public transport to work.
Petty Cash
The petty cash/impress fund is still an unavoidable burden for administrators and will remain as long as cash transactions hang around commercial activity. ePAY built a system to replace petty cash. Funds are electronically loaded to a petty cash card for use at merchants. The system tabulates transactions in predetermined categories, reconciles transactions and uploads to accounting systems.
PATH
PATH is a fundamental part of school life but it is also an administrative nightmare. The ePAY PATH system removes the administrative pain for schools. PATH students are furnished with an account that stores the PATH benefit. The student accesses the account with a card or wristband at the canteen. Reports are generated and available for bursars/guidance counsellors to review and track usage.
